Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the ROHLAN website and design tool (the "Service") operated by ROHLAN ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Use of the Service
ROHLAN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal or professional design purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
- Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission
- Post or transmit any content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
2. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, design elements, and software — are and shall remain the exclusive property of ROHLAN. Our content is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
The designs and floor plans you create using the tool remain your property. By using the Service, you grant ROHLAN a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use anonymised usage data to improve the tool.
3. User Comments and Submissions
By posting a comment or review on our Site, you grant ROHLAN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to publish, reproduce, and display that content on the Site. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to remove any comments or submissions that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Site.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ROHLAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Any designs, floor plans, or 3D models created using ROHLAN are for visualisation purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional architectural or structural engineering advice.
6. Third-Party Services
Our Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services or advertisements (including Google AdSense). These third-party links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagaur District, Rajasthan, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
